How It Works
The Blueprint Project is a series of business programs designed to help entrepreneurs grow from level to level by completing a set of projects with support.
Project 1: Clarify
Designed to help entrepreneurs with new ideas research and test their ideas:
Define and research your business assumptions
Create a business model around your idea
Execute a test to validate the desirability and viability of your business idea and model.
Project 2: Activate
Designed to help entrepreneurs launch and legitimize their businesses:
Develop a project plan and budget to launch or grow your business.
Obtain the business structure, licenses, permits and more to legitimize your business.
Develop a sales plan to acquire and grow your first set of customers.
Project 3: Solidify
Designed to hep entrepreneurs establish and strengthen their infrastructure:
Set up a financial management system.
Develop an operations system.
Establish a one of a kind brand.
Develop a sales system to grow your customer base.
Protect your business with contracts, IP and more.
Who Should Apply?
We’re looking for committed, driven, and ambitious early-stage entrepreneurs who:
